Our minimum order is 10 units for most products. Business cards start at 250, and custom items may have different minimums. We specialize in bulk orders from 10-1000+ units.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (3-4 days) and express orders (1-2 days) are available for an additional fee.
Do you help with design?
Yes! We offer design assistance and can help optimize your artwork for printing. Our team can also create designs from scratch for an additional fee.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! The more you order, the better the price per unit. Our bulk pricing starts at 50+ units with significant savings at 100, 250, 500, and 1000+ quantities.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, provide vector files (AI, EPS) or high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Rush shipping options are available for urgent orders.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy with the quality, we'll reprint your order at no charge or provide a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and for established businesses, we offer net-30 payment terms.
